Operating as a technical enterprise, CultivAid leverages Israeli agricultural techniques and technologies to enhance crop yields, increase farmer incomes, promote economic development, foster diplomatic relationships, and address climate change challenges. CultivAid aims to impact the entire agricultural sector.

Position Overview:

CultivAid is seeking motivated and dynamic project managers to oversee and manage key agricultural development projects in one of its countries of operation. The position involves leading local teams, creating and strengthening partnerships with both local and international stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international development while driving impactful change and contributing to research and development initiatives. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and have a strong passion for making a difference.

The Position may Require Relocation/Frequent Travel to one of the countries of operation.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and take initiative in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and presentable demeanor.

Nice to Have:

  • Agricultural experience is an advantage. 
  • Experience working in an international environment. 

Responsibilities:

  1.  Oversee multiple projects in one of our countries of operation, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  2.  Manage and coordinate local teams, fostering collaboration and creating strong partnerships with local stakeholders and international organizations.
  3.  Provide strategic and hands-on support to various agricultural projects, driving   innovation and sustainable practices.
  4.  Conduct research and development to improve project outcomes and contribute   to long-term solutions.
  5.  Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and ensure alignment with  CultivAid’s mission and goals.
