About Agricultural Diplomacy
Agricultural Diplomacy is a visionary initiative born from the spirit of the Abraham Accords — a new chapter in regional cooperation that bridges the gap between nations through the shared language of land, water, and growth.
Rooted in the belief that sustainable agriculture can be a powerful driver of peace, stability, and prosperity, we work to foster partnerships between Israel and countries across the Middle East and North Africa. Our goal is to transform common challenges into shared opportunities by promoting food security, advanced water management, and agricultural innovation throughout the region.
In an era marked by climate change, water scarcity, and rising food insecurity, cooperation is not just strategic — it is essential. Israel’s experience in overcoming agricultural limitations through ingenuity and resilience provides a strong foundation for collaboration. From breakthrough irrigation technologies to data-driven farming systems, we bring practical solutions to communities seeking long-term agricultural and environmental sustainability.
But more than technology, Agricultural Diplomacy is about people. By connecting experts, students, researchers, farmers, and policymakers across borders, we are creating a regional ecosystem of trust, knowledge-sharing, and opportunity. Through study tours, training programs, joint research, and local implementation, we support the development of locally tailored, high-impact initiatives that strengthen rural economies and empower future generations.
Our growing work in Morocco, developed in partnership with academic and agricultural institutions, is a testament to this vision — one of mutual respect, cultural exchange, and practical collaboration on the ground. It is just the beginning of a wider effort to build agricultural bridges across the region.
We believe that through collaboration in agriculture, we can cultivate not only crops, but also peace, stability, and shared prosperity.
